Karen Venantius is a global human resources and shared services leader with experience supporting organizations across Canada, Europe, the Americas, and APAC. She specializes in HR operations, transformation, and workforce enablement within complex, multi-country environments.

She has held progressive roles with global organizations including Diageo, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Target Corporation, and Adecco, partnering with business leaders to design scalable HR service models, strengthen employee lifecycle management, and align people, processes, and technology.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology, an Executive Post-Graduate Diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership Studies at Dalhousie University. She is passionate about enabling leaders, building high-performing teams, and delivering practical, sustainable HR solutions.
