NOVONIX was founded with a small team in 2013 and started to quickly grow in the subsequent years. As the team grew, we knew it was critical to bring in support to help us build and implement an HR strategy. The HR needs of a company evolve quickly as it grows, not just for its existing employees but ensuring that best practices are in place to attract talent to support its growth.
When we started working with HRO Core, our HR needs as a company weren’t clearly defined. As we started working together, it was important to know that I could bring up issues of concern, have support in understanding situations and have a thought leadership partner to help the company accomplish its HR goals. In the early engagements with HRO Core, the work they provided was clear with focused scope, but I knew I could pick up the phone and broaden our discussion and work as needed.
At NOVONIX, our people are our greatest strength. From when we were less than 10 people to now over 100 employees, ensuring we have the right HR practices and strategies in place for the team is crucial. As we have expanded our internal HR capabilities, we have continued to work with the HRO Core team to support us.
